Dr. R.C. Sharma is the founder Chairman of Rama-Eesh Charitable Trust and of Ram-Eesh Group of Institutions. He was born on 21st June, 1937 in a village in Himachal Pradesh.
Dr. Sharma did his undergraduation from Punjab University, M.Sc. (Botany) from B.R. College, Agra, M.Ed. and Ph D. in Education from Vikram University, Ujjain and ED.D. (Doctorate in Education) from Teachers College, Columbia University, New York, U.S.A.
He has worked with NCERT & UNESCO in the field of education for more than forty years with around 24 years as Senior Advisor in UNESCO, Bangkok & Paris where he provided advisory services to countries in Asia, Pacific and Africa in developing educational programmes for UN Funding, training of personnel, development of curriculum and materials and assessment/ evaluation of country programmes.
Dr. Sharma has received various awards and honours for his contribution to the field of education including Distinguished Leadership Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Education Profession by American Biographical Institute, U.S.A. and entry in Who's Who in International Directory of Distinguished Leadership and Who's Who of India in INFA Publications.
He has authored a number of books and papers including Modern Science Teaching, Source Book on Environmental Education, and Population Education.
A B.Com. (Honours) graduate of the reputed college of Delhi University, Lady Shri Ram, Pratibha Sharma completed most of her education outside of India, including her MBA from Assumption University, Thailand.
She went on to teach BBA and MBA students in Bangkok and Singapore. She has over 25 years of experience in the field of educational administration and management. Since 1996, Pratibha Sharma has been involved in the establishment of Ram-Eesh Group of Institutions. She has been instrumental in developing it to the level it is today.
Prof. Pallavi Manish Lavhale completed her B. Pharm (Gold Medal), M. Pharm (Herbal Drug Technology, Gold Medal) and Ph D. from The M.S. University of Baroda, Gujarat. Since the last over 17 years, she has been involved in the fields of teaching and research.
Prof. Pallavi has expertise in the field of phytochemistry; quality control and standardization of herbal/ ayurvedic formulations; analytical method development-validation for herbal/ayurvedic formulations; and intellectual property rights. She has two Indian patents to her name and has published numerous high impact factor articles in reputed Journals.
She has received UGC (Junior Research Fellowship); Women’s Scholarship by TIFAC and University Research Fellowship during her Ph D.; travel awards from Indian Council for Medical Research and Sir Ratan Tata Trust. She has also received various Research Grants and Industrial Projects. She has been felicitated by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow as Faculty Warrior for providing virtual content to students during Corona Pandemic in 2020.
Prof. Pallavi is an evaluation expert for video lectures of Pharmacognosy, recorded to be telecast on Swayam Prabha Channel under IIT, Madras. She has proficiency in NBA accreditation process. She has participated in a number of national and international conferences and is a member of numerous professional bodies including IPA, APTI and APP.
